This was published much earlier this year but, in light of the recent loss of their appeals, it makes some interesting points.
What always surprises me is that people who comment so often insist that it is only the drug mules and dealers who cause the misery - very rarely does the drug user get a serve, If personal responsibility is required in dealing with our mistakes and faults, why are users not required to meet the same standards?
