Indonesia and Australia are on the verge of sealing a prisoner repatriation treaty - but do 'high-profile' Australian prisoners like Schapelle Corby actually want to return to an Australian jail? Will there be implications for other Australians serving prison sentences overseas?
|
> As for the 3 of the ‘Bali 6’ challenging their death sentences in the Constitutional Court - they win only if the Constitutional Court declares their death penalty 'unconstitutional' to Indonesian law... The other 3 of the ‘Bali 6’ on death penalty took their appeal to the Supreme Court. No PTA for Australians on the death sentence as we know.
